Iowa played the setting for the Kevin Costner film ‘Field of Dreams’. Though the premise of the movie was ‘if you build it, they will come’, Iowa, in reality, doesn’t need any help getting people to move there. • Fort Atkinson was built by the United States Government in order to protect one Indian tribe for another. This is the only fort of its kind and it is located in Iowa.
• While double railroad tracks might not be too rare, the highest set is located in Boone, Iowa. It is known as the Kate Shelley Bridge.

Iowa isn’t a very well known state, but it is a great place to call home. More of a gem hidden in the rough, this state can be the perfect choice for your new direction.
